No Returns

At Scentauro, we do not accept returns as our candles are handcrafted and customized for each order. Please review your order carefully before confirming your purchase.

No Refunds

Refunds are not provided once an order has been received and processed. As our candles are handmade, slight variations from the product image may occur.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • Take a video while unboxing the item.
  • Share the video along with your order ID (available in the order details page) by sending an email to helpdesk@scentauro.com.
  • Include a description of the issue. Our team will review your request and arrange a replacement if the item is found to be defective.
